CDC Biodiversité organizes a webinar on the benchmark factsheet “Wholesale & Retail”, on the 10th of September, 2024.
🌱 A must-have resource for the sector: The benchmark factsheet helps companies and investors understand the biodiversity impacts and dependencies of the Wholesale & Retail sector. It includes an explanatory appendix and can be used by companies to estimate their biodiversity impacts and dependencies or to compare them (when assessed with the Global Biodiversity Score) to the sector average. Investors can also use it to screen their biodiversity impacts, or rate specific companies’ performance against sectoral benchmarks.
📚 How to get involved: A consultation on the factsheet is starting on the 25th of August: the related documentation will be publicly available. Feedback from all the interested stakeholders of the Wholesale & Retail sector (companies, financial institutions, governments, NGOs, …) on the content and format of this factsheet is welcome.
🗨 Join our webinar: This webinar is the opportunity to present the benchmark factsheet, consult participants and receive feedback. As for the public consultation, all the interested actors of the sector are welcome to attend the webinar.
